TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit (non-refundable):
We require a deposit with the booking form of £50 for each course place, at the time of booking.

Balance of Fees:
The balance of the fee must reach us three weeks prior to the course date.

Cancellations:
Persons cancelling less than three weeks before commencement of the course will be responsible for the full cost. It is regretted that deposits cannot be returned in the event of cancellation; but every effort will be made to find a replacement booking in which case a refunds would be made.

Please note:
Arrangements may be subject to alterations. In the event of any cancellations by the organisers, charges or fees held will be fully refunded.

Personal Property:
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property.
